Caroline Dean is a Legal Director in Manchester. Caroline specialises in representing and advising clients in a range of healthcare regulatory matters, including criminal investigations and prosecutions, inquests and inquiries, CQC prosecutions and representing medical professionals before their regulators, such as the GMC, GDC and NMC.
Caroline represents clients across the health care sector including NHS Trusts, independent hospitals, social care sector and individual medical practitioners.
As a Solicitor Advocate with rights of audience in all higher courts, Caroline often appears in court and is instructed in high profile and complex inquests, inquiries and criminal investigations.
