Nicolette has been a lawyer since 2014. She mainly acts for insurers. She handles a range of cases of liability and insurance law, with professional liability being one of her particular focal points. She also has experience in advising and litigating on (coverage) disputes under various types of insurance.
Nicolette successfully completed the Grotius Academie’s Specialist course Enterprise and Liability in 2018.
Nicolette is registered with the Dutch Bar Association (NOVA) as specialising in the field of contract law. According to the standards applied by the Netherlands Bar, this registration requires that she obtain ten educational points in this field each calendar year.
