Eurof specialises in commodities, international trade, dry shipping, offshore and commercial litigation. He regularly advises a broad range of commercial entities including trading houses, shipowners, charterers, cargo interests, ship managers, brokers, insurers, banks etc., with regard to issues arising out of commercial agreements, including contracts for the sale of goods both physical and futures, charterparties, bills of lading, documentary credits, financial and debt instruments including guarantees and bonds, insurance, trade finance, shareholder and joint venture agreements.
He has significant experience in handling disputes before the Commercial and Chancery courts in England and arbitrations in London and overseas including before, the LMAA, GAFTA, FOSFA, LCIA and other arbitral bodies.
