Sebastian is a partner in our Energy, Maritime & Natural Resources transactional team in London. He specialises in international upstream, midstream and downstream projects across a broad range of assets classes in the oil and gas sector, with a particular emphasis on LNG assets (including FLNGs, FPSOs, FSRUs and LNGCs).
He has expertise acting for owners, operators and sponsors in project documentation (including EPC / shipbuilding contracts, operation & maintenance agreements, power purchase agreements / offtake agreements, terminal use agreements, charter parties etc), finance documentation and corporate documents related to the projects (including shareholder agreements, joint ventures, sale and purchase agreements and related). Sebastian’s practice also covers ship sale and purchase, management agreements, vessel registrations and flagging.
