Kanitha is an associate at the Montréal office whose practice is focused on professional liability, insurance and construction law. She joined Clyde & Co in 2025 upon completing her articles at the firm.
She obtained her Bachelor of Law and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Montréal. During her studies, Kanitha was invested in her faculty’s student life and in causes to help the community. For instance, she volunteered for the organization Dans la rue, where she offered support and legal information to help at-risk youth.
