Miguel has led numerous high-stakes disputes involving defective products, serious personal injury, and complex insurance coverage issues. His litigation practice spans multiple jurisdictions and court systems, including international arbitration, where he brings a deep understanding of procedural and strategic nuances. Miguel holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration.
