Miguel has led numerous high-stakes disputes involving defective products, serious personal injury, and complex insurance coverage issues. His litigation practice spans multiple jurisdictions and court systems, including international arbitration, where he brings a deep understanding of procedural and strategic nuances. His ability to navigate intricate legal frameworks and deliver clear, business-oriented solutions has positioned him as a trusted advisor in the insurance sector. Miguel holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration. He is a regular lecturer in Tort Law at the Master in Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), where he is also a member of the Cluster of Professors. Additionally, he teaches in the International Law Master Programme at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Empresa (ISDE).
He has authored numerous articles on insurance law and serves on the Editorial Board of the specialized legal journal Responsabilidad Civil y Seguro.
