Aliko Simon is a Partner at Clyde & Co Tanzania, where he heads the Employment, Real Estate and Immigration Departments. He has over 16 years of legal experience, with expertise in employment and real estate matters. Aliko advises clients on a wide range of legal issues, from analytical research and legal drafting to providing seamless advisory services across various areas of law.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B, Hons) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Dar es Salaam, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. Aliko is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a member of both the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
