Martin (Marty) Pujolar focuses his practice on navigating a wide range of liability and insurance challenges, from general defense and uninsured motorist claims to construction defect, employment, product liability, and commercial contract disputes. Marty advises on both first- and third-party coverage issues, as well as extra-contractual litigation.
Working across Washington’s state and federal courts, Marty is known for his practical approach and has successfully argued cases before the Washington Court of Appeals. He’s committed to helping clients resolve complex disputes efficiently and with confidence.
