Irvine Marr joined Clyde & Co in 1997. He is a Partner who specialises in resolving commercial disputes across various international forums with particular expertise in relation to London Arbitration and International Arbitration.
Irvine has experience of arbitration in various forums including, ICC, LMAA, SIAC, DIAC, DIFC-LCIA and LCIA. He has litigation experience in courts in many different jurisdictions round the world, including England, New York, Egypt, Dubai and India.
Irvine has built up an extensive and impressive client base including traders, various P&I Clubs, state owned charterers and first class shipowners.

He was instructed by charterers and their cargo owners concerned with the "PRESTIGE" tanker oil spill, which is recognition of his positioning the "commodities" market.
Irvine has had a number of notable cases reported in the English High Court and Court of Appeal Law Reports. Irvine is a supporting member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA).
