She advises on corporate and commercial matters across various sectors, ranging from M&As, joint ventures, investment and financing, product liability, health administration to environmental problems.
Among Carrie's core strengths include advising on insurance and reinsurance market entry strategies. She has particular experience in leading complex and cross-border cooperation and reinsurance arrangements, insurance regulatory matters and outbound overseas investment where she has leading practice, unique understanding and abundant experience in assisting Chinese insurance and reinsurance giants in their investment into the Lloyd's and other overseas insurance markets. She is also highly experienced in advising a wide range of contentious and non-contentious insurance matters from policy wording, acquisitions, compliance and regulatory advice, coverage issues to reinsurance claims.
Carrie passed the bar in China in 1999 but does not hold a current practising certificate. She is also admitted in England and Wales. She is fully bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English.
