Overview

The need for innovative and risk assessed public procurement solutions has never been greater since the advent of coronavirus COVID-19.

Future proofing of contracts and building streamlined, defensible procurement processes helps both the public sector buyer and suppliers to build resilience through these uncertain times. In Turner & Townsend and Clyde & Co LLP's inaugural joint procurement event, this webinar will set out practical strategies to get the most out of procurements, how to make changes to contracts lawfully, how to ensure value for money and will look at the potential further impact of the end of the UK/EU transition period.

This webinar is open to commercial and procurement practitioners, who may be experiencing disruption in their supply chains or contracts as a result of COVID-19, and would like the opportunity to hear how they can mitigate issues and ask questions in a Chatham House environment.

Speakers on the day include, David Hansom - Partner, Clyde & Co, Romi Alboreto, Director, Turner & Townsend and Mark Adams, Development Manager Turner & Townsend.

Dan Stapleton, Director Major Projects at London Borough of Waltham Forest will also be providing a recent case study.
