Mental Health Awareness with Kaitlyn Tse, Counseling Psychologist

Wednesday, October 20, 2021
13.00 - 14.00

This year's World Mental Health Day (10 October) comes at a time when everyone has seen their daily life impacted by Covid-19, whether dealing with increased workload remotely, juggling childcare and remote schooling or being separated from our family and friends. There are many events this year which have affected each of us in different ways. It is important that we destigmatise mental ill health and one step in this direction is to educate ourselves.

Clyde & Co's Diversity and Inclusion Committee invite you to join us for an interactive session with Kaitlyn Tse, Counseling Psychologist, in which we will discuss:

  • What's "mental health", and why is it important
  • Introduction to stress, burnout and depression
  • Signs of overstressed (and why do we often overlook)
  • Ways to identify stress in self and others
  • How to start a conversation about mental health

The webinar will be held on 20 October 2021, from 13:00 to 14:00 (HKT).
