Energy Essentials Legal Training Course: Dispute Resolution Update

Overview

We are delighted to invite you and your colleagues to our 7th Energy Essentials Legal Training Course, tailored for in-house counsel, contract managers and commercial managers in the energy sector.

This year, the training course will take place virtually and we are spreading our usual full-day event across six 1 hour sessions, each taking place on Tuesdays and Thursdays in March - all of which qualify for CPD in the UK.

Our first session will be a dispute resolution update covering recent global trends in litigation, arbitration and mediation; remote hearings; early resolution of disputes; and a case law update.
