We are delighted to invite you and your colleagues to our 7th Energy Essentials Legal Training Course, tailored for in-house counsel, contract managers and commercial managers in the energy sector.
This year, the training course will take place virtually and we are spreading our usual full-day event across six 1 hour sessions, each taking place on Tuesdays and Thursdays in March - all of which qualify for CPD in the UK.
Our fourth session will be on the increasing threat of climate change litigation, including the particular climate change liability risks in the oil & gas industry, the current cases against corporations globally and the increasing compliance and disclosure obligations.
