With the office in Santiago serving as a hub to connect with other markets and consolidate our growth in Latin America, our Projects and Construction team in Chile brought together clients and colleagues from across the firm’s global network, in a series of events, which included discussions about the role of project controls to avoid disputes and the importance of well-planned delivery structures to develop complex mining and energy projects across the region.
