Building Safety Act: what the industry needs to know

Overview

The Building Safety Act received royal assent on 28 April 2022 and is the most significant piece of building-related legislation in a generation. It impacts every single stakeholder in current and future building projects and implements wholesale and widespread changes to many aspects of a development project.
