We are delighted to announce that we are hosting an Energy Essentials Legal Update seminar and drinks reception on Wednesday 16th March at the Marcliffe Hotel from 3pm-6pm.

• Energy transition – EPC Contract Risk Management

Construction contracts used in the renewables sector typically demand different contract management and have a different risk profile to the contracts traditionally used in oil and gas projects. We will explore some of the key areas to be aware of in managing and operating EPC contracts on renewables projects, with a particular focus on contract management, liabilities and dispute resolution.

The seminar is free of charge and qualifies for 1.5 hours CPD.
