Overview

Following the success of inaugural (A-share) D&O liability conference held in March 2021, we are pleased to host another in-person conference on 19 April 2023 (Wednesday) gathering key market players for an interactive event.

Attention on D&O liability has been on the rise over the past two years as recent high profile D&O cases in the local market involving Kangmei Pharmaceutical and a number of overseas listed Chinese companies have raised market concerns.
