- Provided training to a National construction company for a variety of employees ranging from line operators to senior leadership
- Provided comprehensive training to a national construction company for a variety of employees ranging from line operators to senior leadership regarding discrimination, bullying and sexual harassment in the workplace

- Clyde & Co has partnered with ‘SafetyCulture’ to create course content for the Edapp platform on the topic of sexual harassment in the workplace, with additional training topics in the works. These interactive courses are available to SafetyCulture customers through the public library and are designed to be utilised during employee induction processes, able to be completed anytime on any device.
- Conducting surveys on “market standard” approach in law firms on equality , diversity and inclusion (EDI) and on the rationale and necessity for progressive family leave policies as a means of tackling the gender pay gap
- Conducting a culture audit for a financial services firm to report on strengths and weaknesses of the firm’s culture and values, including any legal risks or unlawful practices identified. The audit was carried out on practices spanning the employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination and, by drawing on the evidence obtained in the audit, we made key findings and recommendations for the firm to improve its culture
- Working across our commercial and employment teams and our client, to put in place a salary sacrifice and car leasing scheme to provide employees with electric vehicles
- Delivering comprehensive workforce, management and Board level training to various organisations on workplace culture, discrimination, bullying and harassment and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)
- Advising a global organisation in relation to sanctions issues relating to Australian staff working in the UK, USA, and Russia
- Advising KCA Deutag on the impact of Russia-related sanctions in Singapore, with respect to the deployment of staff in connection with offshore Russian energy-related operations
- Assisted Mental Wellbeing and Safety Climate with investigating and reporting on mental wellbeing and safety issues (including psychosocial safety issues) within the organisation
- Developed comprehensive Mental Health Management System for a global mental health organisation
