• Advising on enforcing a DIAC arbitration award of SAR 5 million in Saudi Arabia, including an overview of the process, timeline, costs, and potential risks.
• Assisting and advising in a SAR 26 million UNCITRAL arbitration concerning a breach of contract.
• Assisting and advising in a SAR 15 million insurance compensation case before the General Secretariat of the Committees for Resolution of Insurance Disputes & Violations.
• Advising a digital business company regarding a contract worth SAR 19 million.
• Assisting clients in enforcing their international and domestic judgments and arbitration awards at the Saudi Enforcement Court.
