John Burbridge has more than twenty years of experience as a litigator in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts, specializing in catastrophic injury and death cases primarily in the context of products liability and construction accidents. His clients include insurance carriers, their insureds, and self-insured entities. John represents defendants in asbestos personal injury litigation. He has successfully represented numerous multinational companies in high-exposure cases. John has also briefed and argued appeals in both state and federal courts.

John also has experience serving as a managing attorney on behalf of several companies for asbestos claims pending in New York and New Jersey. He has served as regional counsel for almost twenty years for a major utility/premises owner, and was responsible for implementing and overseeing defense strategy involving hundreds of high-exposure wrongful death cases across multiple jurisdictions.
