Kirsty joined Clyde & Co in 2019 and has nearly 15 years' experience in defending occupational disease claims.

Kirsty has extensive experience acting for legacy insurers, reinsurers and their policyholders in a wide range of claims with a particular focus on high value asbestos related diseases including mesothelioma and asbestos-related lung cancer. She also often acts directly for corporate clients unable to trace insurance. In addition to asbestos claims, Kirsty has a wide range of experience handling other disease claims including Noise Induced Hearing Loss, silicosis, Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome, work related upper limb disorders and stress at work.

She is also a notary public.
