An associate at our Birmingham office, Rachel Eardley has over 12 years of experience in defending high value liability claims and pursuing large loss recovery claims.
Rachel’s caseload is extensive and mostly comprises of property damage claims. She is skilled in handling claims arising from escapes of water, flooding, ground movement, fires, and product failures.
She also handles a range of commercial disputes and product liability matters. This includes contractual claims, as well as professional indemnity claims and certain liability claims.
Rachel also uses her expertise to advise insurers concerning policy coverage.
As part of her work, Rachel handles negligence claims brought against a variety of professionals such as surveyors and accountants.
Throughout her career, she has developed strong working relationships with all of her clients, including individual and corporate insured clients as well as insurers.
