Lilia specializes in dispute resolution (court litigation, arbitration and mediation) in a broad range of trade-related matters and private lending etc.
Lilia obtained her LLB degree of International Economic Law from Sichuan International Studies University. Prior to joining Westlink Partnership, Lilia worked as a trainee solicitor at a law firm in Chongqing.

Providing advice to the insurers on the legal and practical issues of marine cargo insurance / forwarder liability insurance in China.
Advising corporate clients in connection with employment issues under Chinese law.
Conducting amicable negotiations on behalf of the insurers in the subrogated claim under numerous cargo recoveries.
