Stuart Hardy is a partner in our Manchester office. He focuses on serious injury litigation, including brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations and chronic pain claims.
He is specialised in road traffic accident litigation. He has particular expertise in claims pursued under the Road Traffic Acts (RTA), Article 75 and the Uninsured Drivers Agreement.
Above all, Stuart prides himself in adopting a proactive and pragmatic approach. He is willing and able to defend cases where appropriate and has an eye for detail, especially where commercially sensible outcomes are concerned.
