Barry advises insurers on motor and employers’ liability policy coverage. He has defended claims with overall reserves of up to GBP 2 million.

Barry recently defended a chronic pain claim valued at GBP 800 thousand involving a potentially staged road traffic accident. The claim was settled out of court for GBP 50 thousand following the disclosure of surveillance.
