Sally is an associate with a broad practice in commercial and insurance disputes.

Full Profile

Sally is an associate at Clyde & Co’s Toronto Office, where she completed her articles. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.

Since joining Clyde & Co, Sally has been involved in a wide range of commercial and insurance litigation matters, including contract disputes, property damage, construction defects, product liability, occupiers’ liability, employment disputes, insurance coverage and commercial liability. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Sally obtained her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, and her Bachelor of Arts, from Queen’s University, where she graduated with an honour’s degree with distinction.

Prior to Clyde & Co, Sally worked at the legal department of a national independent investment fund management company in Toronto.

Sally is a native Korean speaker. She interned at one of South Korea’s largest full-service law firms. Moreover, she is an active member of the Korean Canadian professional community and has served on the executive committee of the Korean Canadian Lawyers Association. In 2023, Sally attended the International Association of Korean Canadian Lawyers’ conference held in Seoul, South Korea as a Canadian delegate.
