Steve Lynch is a Legal Director in our Liverpool office. He manages a wide array of cases involving local authority work and employers’ and public liability insurance. The cases he handles range in value from GBP 250 thousand to well over GBP one million.
He is exceptionally versed in cases within the rail industry and delivers in-house training on the Claims Allocation and Handling Agreement (CAHA). Additionally, Steve supervises a team of lawyers responsible for fast, multi-track work.
One of his biggest career highlights was successfully defending a claim involving 70 claimants. These claimants had allegedly suffered chest problems from excessive exposure to dust arising from construction works. Steve achieved an excess of GBP 300 thousand in savings for his client.
