Francesca has gained experience in a wide variety of commercial real estate matters including landlord and tenant advice (in particular the active management of multi-let assets), the financing of commercial property and the acquisitions and disposals of a variety of assets including shopping centres, industrial estates and retail premises.

• Leading the acquisition of a portfolio of 3 shopping centres with approximately 150 lettings.
• Actively managing a portfolio of 7 shopping centres.
• Acting on high value lettings on a portfolio of retail parks to anchor tenants.
• Managing a team on a multi-million pound refinancing of 18 industrial sites.
• Assisting on the acquisition (and subsequent financing) of offices in central London for a leading UK real estate fund manager for redevelopment into a luxury care home.
• Advising on a £145million refinancing of two retail parks, which was undertaken within a short timescale.
• Assisting on a £140million disposal of a portfolio of 33 industrial estates.
