Holden Benon practices in the area of insurance coverage litigation. He counsels clients on complex coverage matters, including policy rescission, bad faith, contribution and indemnity actions. Holden has experience with general commercial and employment practices liability, environmental contamination, chargeback liability and other types of primary and excess policies. He also has experience advising insurers on privacy matters.
While in law school, Holden served as a legal intern for the Electronic Frontier Foundation. He assisted in drafting amici curiae briefs and performed analysis on legislative bills related to privacy.
