Clyde & Co’s Henning Schaloske will join a panel at the International Association of Defense Counsel’s (IADC) Annual Meeting, which will take place on July 4–9, 2026 in Prague. This event brings together legal professionals from around the world to stay informed about emerging risks and trends, enhance their skills, and expand their professional networks within the international legal community.
Henning Schaloske, partner in our Düsseldorf office, will participate in an expert session on “Riding the Risk Pipeline: Drafting Insurance Policies for Corporate Offense and Courtroom Defence”, which will discuss the process of risk profiling in the insurance industry and how companies internally determine the risks on their businesses and guide boards toward mitigation.
