3 Saudi Arbitrations and 2 DABs: Lessons Learned from Real-World Experience in Saudi Construction Disputes

Clyde & Co has taken five major Saudi construction disputes through to hearing over the past two years and will share practical insights drawn from these cases. The session will cover key procedural and substantive points of law, as well as practical considerations, in respect of Saudi arbitration and adjudication under FIDIC-style dispute resolution clauses.

Our Saudi-based construction and disputes teams will offer practical guidance and lessons learned highlighting strategies that can make the difference between winning and losing a case.
