Saudi Labour Law Reform 16 Months On: What Employers Need to Know

Tuesday, June 30, 2026
14.00 - 15.00

Overview & Audience

Significant amendments to the Labour Law were introduced on 19 February 2025.

Since then, further regulations relating to professional Saudisation have been issued, alongside a recalibration of how Saudisation points are calculated, quotas applied, and Saudisation rates determined.

In addition, updates have been made to Qiwa Contracts and the IWR, and employers have been grappling with health and safety matters arising from conflicts in the wider region.

Please join our webinar as we discuss these topics and more, exploring how these developments are impacting employers’ strategic workforce management. We will also consider the operational impact of changes to the Qiwa portal, the management of the current resignation process under the amended Labour Law, new obligations to train graduates and job seekers, as well as key HSE trends.
