Following on from the success of our previous Clyde Bites series, our Bristol Healthcare Department will be releasing a new series of short, practical podcasts focusing on the fundamentals of clinical negligence law.

Adam Hudson, Senior Associate discusses the challenges involved in investigating and defending cauda equina cases and A&E cases generally, and some key take aways on risk management and prevention.
