Regional Resource Centre

Clyde & Co runs a Regional Resource Centre (RRC) out of its East African hub in Tanzania; providing clients with a one-stop shop for all their legal needs in Africa.

Through our unrivalled and established network of relationships throughout the region, we have designated legal representatives or corresponding counsel in each of the countries who are able to give jurisdiction specific advice.

Through liaison with these counsel, Clyde & Co provides an all encompassing project management service for obtaining legal advice in these jurisdictions. We manage all instructions and work streams of relevant counsel, carry out all necessary correspondence and consolidate all advice to report back to clients in a cohesive manner.

This means clients do not have to deal with various counsel, in various countries, working to various timescales and engaged on varying terms; only Clyde & Co. The RRC service removes many of the inefficiencies and challenges clients frequently encounter when dealing with local counsel, in a climate where efficiency is essential.

The RRC service ensure clients receive a consistent level of advice across the jurisdictions, presented in a coherent structure and produced in a standardised Clyde & Co format and style.
