Global law firm Clyde & Co has relocated to new and significantly larger premises in Riyadh to accommodate the rapid expansion of its business in Saudi Arabia and meet increasing client demand across the Kingdom.
The move marks the latest milestone in Clyde & Co’s continued growth in Saudi Arabia, where the firm has had a presence for more than 17 years. The new office includes a dedicated floor for Clyde & Co’s growing Middle East Regional Headquarters and provides the platform required to support the next phase of the firm’s expansion across the region. As the regulatory framework for international law firms in Saudi Arabia continues to evolve, Clyde & Co remains committed to investing in its on-the-ground capability, growing its Saudi-based team and meeting the increasing demand and regulatory requirements for delivering legal services in-Kingdom.
Clyde & Co’s growth in Saudi Arabia has accelerated significantly in response to the transformation of the market driven by Vision 2030. The firm has made a series of strategic investments in its Saudi platform, opening an office in Jeddah and doubling the size of its Saudi based partnership over the past two years. Recent investments included the expansion of the disputes and construction offerings, with the addition of 6 new partners.
