Clyde & Co advises EDPR on the sale of a 166 MW renewable energy portfolio in Poland

Clyde & Co has advised EDPR Polska on the transaction for sale of its 166 MW portfolio of operational wind and solar assets in Poland to PPC Group. The transaction represents an enterprise value of approximately EUR 250 million.
The portfolio comprises 131 MWac of operating wind farms, 35 MWac of operating solar projects, including pipeline for potential hybridisation. The assets benefit from a diversified revenue profile, including green certificates, Contracts for Difference and Power Purchase Agreements.
Clyde & Co advised EDPR on all legal aspects of the transaction, including the preparation of the vendor due diligence report, negotiation of the transaction documentation and management of the sale process through to signing and closing.
