Clyde & Co expands Milan offering with aviation and data privacy hires

Global law firm Clyde & Co has strengthened its presence in Italy with the appointments of Paola Croci as Counsel and Edoardo Mombelli as Associate in its Milan office, expanding the firm's capabilities in the two different practices of Aviation and Data privacy, Cyber-security and Compliance.

These appointments mark a significant step in the continued development of Clyde & Co's Milan office, which has built a strong reputation advising insurers/reinsurers and their insureds. With the arrival of Paola and Edoardo, the office will broaden its offering to meet growing client demand in the areas of data protection, cyber-security, regulatory compliance and aviation.

Paola joins from a domestic firm and has more than 15 years advising clients in the aviation sector. Based in Milan, she has extensive experience handling aviation litigation, passenger, cargo claims, regulatory matters and compliance issues for airlines, insurers, brokers, ground handlers and other aviation industry participants. She will work closely with Clyde & Co’s global aviation practice, building on a long-standing and successful collaboration developed over many years.

Edoardo also joins from a domestic firm, where he advised Italian and international clients on data protection, cyber-security, artificial intelligence and wider regulatory compliance matters, including through secondment experience. He supported clients across a range of sectors including art & luxury, insurance, manufacturing and technology.
