Chris is an Associate in the Melbourne office, having joined the firm as a Law Graduate in September 2020 and was admitted as a solicitor in December 2020. Chris practices in the Professional and Financial Disputes team and has experience acting for both insurers and insureds, in both litigated and non-litigated matters.
Chris has worked on disputes in various courts and tribunals from VCAT to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Court, in relation to professional indemnity, financial lines, construction defects, personal injury and directors and officers liability claims. He has also assisted in matters before AFCA and AHPRA. Chris has recently been heavily involved in trade credit related matters.

Acting for national and international construction companies in a variety of construction disputes from domestic home building to major road and rail infrastructure projects.
Advising psychologists in responding to complaints notified to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
Investigating and assisting in coverage advice to insurers in relation to a building defects class action.
Advising and assisting financial services adviser to respond to AFCA complaints.
Assisting in the defence of a former director of an ASX-listed company in proceedings commenced by the company.
Acting in the defence and investigation of common law personal injury claims.
