Kwaku is a litigation lawyer with key focus on insurance defence, commercial litigation, and trial advocacy.
Kwaku routinely represents clients in a broad range of claims, including professional negligence (errors and omissions), construction defects, occupiers’ liability, personal injury, subrogation and general contractual disputes.
Originally from Ghana, West Africa, Kwaku immigrated to Canada in 2008 and kept alive his longstanding dream of being a lawyer. He has developed diverse skills that enable him to appreciate various perspectives and provide tailored advice to each of his clients. Eager to expand his insurance coverage practice, he is a zealous advocate who puts the needs of his clients first, while canvassing practical, timely and cost-effective ways to resolve disputes.
Outside of work, Kwaku enjoys dancing salsa and bachata, travelling and playing soccer.
