Full Profile
Sinan is an Associate in the corporate team of our Dubai office. He has worked on a wide range of advisory and transactional corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate structuring and general corporate and commercial matters.
Sinan is bilingual in both Arabic and English and has completed his training at top tier Australian and New Zealand law firms. In addition to his law degree, Sinan also holds a bachelor degree in Biomedical Science and a masters degree in Bioscience Enterprise. This diverse academic background has enabled Sinan to deal with clients from various industries including technology, retail, healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
Experience
- Advising Zaad Capital on its AED 150 million sale of 75 per cent of Basatin Landscaping to Aldar Properties PJSC, the Abu Dhabi based property development, management, and investment company.
- Advising a major multinational pharmaceutical company on its USD 2 billion acquisition.
- Advising an Australian outdoor and camping equipment manufacturer and distributor on its USD 500 million acquisition.
