Clara is an legal director in the Madrid office.

Clara specialises in regulatory insurance, advising local and foreign insurers and intermediaries in the adaptation of policies and agreements to Spanish Law, distribution of insurance products and claims before the DGSFP. Moreover, she regularly advises insurers on cyber risks and data protection issues.

Before joining Clyde & Co, she did an International Law Master Programme at Instituto Superior de Derecho y Empresa (ISDE)
