A member of the Québec Bar since 2019, Daniel joined the Clyde & Co team as a litigator in 2022. A meticulous and pragmatic lawyer, Daniel stands out for the composure he demonstrates in critical moments, his great analysis, and the quality of his legal reasoning.
During his career, Daniel has had the opportunity to participate in several complex class action cases. He has also represented major labour organizations and their members before various civil, administrative and arbitration courts.
In addition to holding a Bachelor’s degree in law from the Université du Québec à Montréal, Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal, during which he completed a semester at the Hanken School of Economics, in Finland.
