A member of the Québec Bar since 2017, Marie-Victoria holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B.), as well as a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in North American Common Law from the University of Montréal.
Marie-Victoria began her career at a generalist Montréal firm before joining Clyde & Co in 2019. She initially took on an analyst role, handling various professional liability cases, and then integrated the litigation team in the context of a large-scale project. Marie-Victoria’s practice is now divided between cybersecurity insurance coverage and complex claims monitoring in fields such as construction, professional liability and financial risks.
