Ben is a Legal Director in the Corporate team based in the London office since 2015 with experience across private M&A, corporate governance, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, restructurings, and general corporate and commercial matters, advising a wide range of clients on both UK and multi-jurisdictional matters.
Ben has a particular focus on advising clients across the financial, healthcare, renewables, education, engineering and technology sectors. Additionally, Ben has experience working on private equity focused transactions on the acquisition side including auction sales, acquisitions and day-to-day portfolio company queries.

- Advising Skroutz Internet Services S.A. in relation to investment by CVC Capital Partners
- Advising Arivia S.A. on the sale of its plant-based cheese business to Upfield Europe B.V.
- Advising GS Engineering & Construction Corp. on its purchase of Elements (Europe) Limited
- Advising Jacobs Holding AG, a Swiss investment fund, on the acquisition of global private education group Cognita from KKR and Bregal
