Clare is an Associate in Clyde & Co’s Marine and International Trade department.

She has extensive experience advising clients in relation to a wide range of contentious shipping matters, including disputes arising under Charterparties, Bills of Lading, sale contracts and ship building contracts. She has advised clients in English High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court proceedings, as well as LMAA arbitrations and mediations.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Clare worked for a leading international law firm in their Marine, Trade and Energy department.
