Full Profile

Kirsten joined the firm in 2015 as a trainee, before qualifying into the Marine Assets and Project Group in 2017 as an Associate, based in our London office.

She is experienced in advising on all non-contentious aspects of marine projects, with particular experience of shipbuilding contracts, all aspects of sale and purchase work, and a variety of charterparty forms.  Kirsten has acted for lenders, owners and charterers on ship finance transactions, including pre- and post-delivery finance, sale and leasebacks, and superyacht finance.  Kirsten also regularly advises clients – principally but not exclusively in the shipping and oil and gas spaces – on their compliance with UK and EU sanctions.

Kirsten has a first class degree in English Literature and History from the University of Edinburgh, and is a native Gaelic speaker.
