Tina is a Legal Director in the Aviation litigation department in London. She represents various aviation entities and their insurers and reinsurers, handling contentious and non-contentious work. She has excellent experience handling both high (ie multi-million pounds) and low value claims.
Tina’s principle areas of practice include general aviation disputes and crashes (including fixed and rotor wing, drones, as well as hot air balloons and gyrocopters) for private/commercial carriage and/or domestic/international carriers, airlines (including passenger, baggage and cargo claims, and advising on conditions of carriage and airline policies), major aircraft losses, subrogation, airport and ground handling liability, contractual disputes, and insurance and reinsurance policy coverage (including war risks).
Tina handles multi-jurisdictional disputes including those within Africa, Central and South America, Europe (including the UK), the Caribbean and also litigation in the United States and Canada. She also has experience of handling claims in Taiwan, Malaysia, Russia and the Middle East.
She has been named in the Rising Stars Expert Guide (aviation category) from 2017 to 2020.
Tina studied at Girton College, University of Cambridge and graduated with a first class degree in law. She qualified in 2007 and her work concentrates on aviation law and claims.
