Aleksandra is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team based in our Warsaw office.

Aleksandra joined Clyde & Co’s Warsaw office in January 2024 after spending the previous years of her career in the Litigation & Arbitration department  at a major international law firm.

Aleksandra is a qualified attorney in Poland whose principal areas of practice are contract disputes, compensation disputes, labour law disputes and insurance dispute resolution, especially in the energy and construction sectors. She acts in major disputes in all types of jurisdictions and Tribunals, including international arbitration.

Aleksandra  obtained a Master's Law Degree from the University of Łódź. She has also conducted complementary studies at the University of Tours.

  • Energy company - legal advice in a dispute regarding claims arising from an investment regarding the construction of a wind farm.
  • Independent health care facility -representing the facility in a dispute regarding the material release of real estate leased by a private entity at the stage of court and mediation proceedings.
